Responsibilities
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with solid experience in recruitment, labor relations, and processing documentation for expatriate employees, along with strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Manage all procedures related to expatriate employee documentation , including but not limited to :
- Iqama issuance, renewal, and transfer
- Visa applications and exit / re-entry processing
- Contract creation and renewal (Arabic and English)
- Ensure company compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization policies
- Operate and manage data in government portals :
- Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and other related platforms
- Act as liaison between the company and government entities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records
- Support cross-functional communication in a multicultural team environment
