This role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions in HASE, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, Saudization compliance, compensation & benefits, and training & development, ensuring alignment with Saudi labor law and the company’s global HR strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company standards.
- Liaise with government bodies to ensure HR practices comply with Saudi regulations (GOSI, MHRSD, etc.)
- Support HQ and MEA regional management in organizational restructuring and culture-building initiatives.
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning to achieve Saudization targets.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to improve organizational performance and engagement.
- Oversee compensation & benefits design, budgeting, and cost control.
- Foster positive employee relations and handle labor disputes and compliance matters.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to build talent pipelines.
Requirements
Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:Minimum 2 years of HR management experience in appliances, electronics or other related industriesLanguage:Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandarin is a plus).Skills:Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, Iqama processes, and Saudization policies.Attributes:Excellent communication, resilience, and cross-cultural management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
