About the Role :

As an Associate Product Manager - Communication Platforms, you’ll drive solutions that enable seamless customer and operational interactions across voice and non-voice channels. You are analytical, customer-focused, and data-driven, with a passion for building and optimizing end-to-end solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll define requirements, prioritize impactful features, and ensure smooth delivery. We’re looking for someone with experience in communication and integration technologies, strong delivery skills, and a hands‑on mindset—proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to experiment and improve internal platforms and processes.

Responsibilities

Sprint Planning, Execution, and Platform Rollout :

• Manage the full Agile lifecycle; from backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups to stakeholder alignment and final delivery. Focused on communication and customer engagement platforms.
• Define product features and requirements through user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with operational, fulfillment, and product team needs.
• Drive execution of configuration and operational tasks across all platform-related workstreams.
• Own and maintain a product roadmap that supports development, integration, and deployment of platform capabilities aligned with business goals.
• Develop a solid understanding of system architectures, integrations, and data flows to support technical discussions and decisions with engineering teams.
