Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to serve as the primary contact for our Cisco product customers. You will ensure customers maximize their Cisco solutions from implementation to long‑term adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Implementation : Guide customers through initial setup and configuration of Cisco products, ensuring seamless integration.
- Product Education & Enablement : Provide ongoing training and support on Cisco solutions, ensuring customers fully understand technology usage.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build strong, ongoing relationships, serving as trusted advisor to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation : Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Reporting & Success Metrics : Track and report on success metrics (adoption rates, usage, satisfaction scores) and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client‑facing role in technology or networking industry, especially with Cisco.Strong understanding of Cisco products and solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve challenges effectively.CRM proficiency : experience using CRM tools to manage relationships and track progress.Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.Growth & Development
