The Country Manager - Sales will oversee all sales and administrative operations. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the daily operations of the sales and admin teams. The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within Saudi Arabia.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
