Job description10 – 12 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior operations role (COO, VP Operations, GM, or equivalent). Proven track record in consulting, data analytics, digital transformation, or technology-driven industries Consulting experience very nice to have. Success scaling operations, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication skills (Arabic essential); MBA / MSc or equivalent advanced degree preferred. My client are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a fast-growing organization headquartered in Riyadh. Experience required for someone who has worked in a fast paced environment; Consulting applications preferred.
The COO will play a pivotal role in scaling operations, building innovative solutions, and driving business performance in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute company strategy.
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence across delivery, client services, and support functions.
- Drive innovation in data analytics, product development, software platforms, and client solutions.
- Mentor and drive high-performing teams across data, product, software, engineering, and operations .
- This role will be overseeing data science, modelling, AI, ML, PMO, Software, IT & Product.
- Build strong relationships with regulators, government entities & partners.
