Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company's international sales goals Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, support, and guidance to help them achieve their targets Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on latest trends Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the international market (preferably in the Middle East) Strong understanding of international markets and cultural differences Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team towards achieving targets Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) Valid biometric passport with willingness to travel extensively Salary : 1300$ per month If you have prior experience as an Indian or African Sales Manager working in the Middle East region, we strongly encourage you to apply.
