Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users on various IT issues including software, hardware, and network problems. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems. Document all technical issues and their resolutions for future reference. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in IT support.
