Overview

The Project Manager – Membership Growth is responsible for designing a strategy for growing Federation membership and proposing optimal plans for segmenting and managing memberships to enhance engagement and retention. Responsibilities

Develop Membership Growth Strategy : Design a strategy for growing Federation membership considering target segments, benefits, and engagement models. Segmentation and Management Plans : Propose optimal plans for segmenting and managing memberships based on needs, preferences, and potential engagement levels. Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work with Federation officials, teams, and other stakeholders to understand needs and align membership growth plans with Federation objectives. Membership Engagement and Retention : Develop plans to enhance membership engagement and retention through benefits, communications, and services. Monitor and Evaluate : Monitor membership growth and engagement metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies. Qualifications

Experience : Experience in membership management, growth strategies, or related fields in associations or federations. Strategic Thinking : Ability to design and implement strategies for membership growth and engagement. Analytical Skills : Skills to analyze membership data, trends, and engagement metrics to inform strategies. Communication and Collaboration : Good communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders including Federation officials and members. Understanding of Membership Models : Understanding of different membership models, benefits, and engagement strategies. Seniority level
