Inspect surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes. Verify materials (paint, coating, abrasives) meet approved specifications. Conduct visual checks and perform required tests (DFT, adhesion, holiday, etc.). Monitor environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, dew point) during coating. Review and maintain coating inspection reports and documentation. Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with production, QA / QC, and client representatives for inspections and approvals. Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a QC Coating Inspector in steel fabrication or heavy industry. Certification such as NACE Level II / III or SSPC is preferred. Knowledge of international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE). Strong attention to detail and good reporting skills. Location : Saudi Arabia
