Senior Manager, Business Transformation & PMO - United Feed Co.

Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at United Feed Co. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including production, supply chain, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agriculture industry, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead business transformation initiatives in alignment with the company’s long-term strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to set transformation goals, objectives, and milestones.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency. Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement innovations and improvements across the organization.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Act as a change agent to manage stakeholder buy-in and engage employees throughout the transformation process.
• Identify potential risks to transformation initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. Establish a best-in-class PMO. Develop frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures for effective project execution across the organization.
• Oversee and manage the entire project portfolio. Ensure projects are prioritized based on business value and strategic goals, while maintaining transparency into project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of resources for projects, both human and financial. Monitor project performance against KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. Lead and mentor project managers to adhere to project management best practices.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, presenting key metrics, risks, and outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards for project tracking and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and external partners to align transformation and project initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare and present high-level reports and presentations to senior management and the board, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and achievements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, business analysts, and transformation specialists. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
