SEA is looking for a dynamic Development Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia!

In this role, you will Develop and Manage one or more of AlUla County's District Infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Leading the District Infrastructure Program, made up of a number of work packages through the design, procurement, construction, and handover process.
• Managing Design and Project Management consultants in a Program Management capacity.
• Lead a project management support team including design, commercial, and project controls.
• Coordinating consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district infrastructure is delivered effectively.
• Challenge and advise the client organization on best practice and strategic delivery decisions.
• Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design / Construction teams.
• Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule.
• Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed.
• Bring best-in-class Project, Cost, and Project Controls Management.
