Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Audit Manager to join our Capital Projects & Consulting practice in Riyadh. This role is mission-critical and combines technical expertise, business development, client engagement, and practice growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in capital projects, real estate, internal audit, and risk management, with proven experience in the Middle East construction and mega projects sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory and assurance engagements for regional clients.
  • Advise organizations on the effective implementation of capital project programs to maximize value and efficiency.
  • Identify business opportunities within existing client accounts and across industries.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare impactful presentations for senior stakeholders including CXOs, Boards, and Audit Committees.
  • Support proposal development and business development efforts, leveraging a strong professional network.
  • Manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide thought leadership on project controls, QA / QC, procurement, contract administration, and construction risk.
  • Engage in project management and operations reviews, PMO set-ups, and digital transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction) or Architecture.
  • MBA in Finance, Strategy, Operations, or General Management preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of consulting experience in capital projects, mega construction projects, and real estate advisory.
  • Proven experience in Big 4 or equivalent consulting environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Strong exposure to Middle East / GCC capital project markets.
  • In-depth expertise in project management, cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting, and accounting.
  • Familiarity with ERM, GRC, BPI, PMO, and digital project management solutions.
  • Strong business development, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Active involvement in trade or professional associations within the GCC region.
  • Experience working with government and real estate sector clients.
  • Exposure to digital interventions in the project management and construction domain.

  • Work Type : Permanent (On-site, Riyadh)

  • Compensation : SAR 40,000 – 45,000 Monthly (plus benefits)
