Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of data, documentation, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries, records, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality review findings and corrective actions taken.
- Monitor and track quality metrics and performance indicators to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality management and compliance.
