Government Project – Riyadh based Duration : 18 Months (6 months execution + 12 months support) Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site preferred) Long-Term Contract Local to Riyadh Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience Strong command of ETL frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Talend, Glue) Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or Scala Preferred

Prior experience in government or high-compliance environments Familiarity with Arabic language or translation workflows Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) Seniority level
