PGHV General Manager

PGHV General Manager is needed for a well known company in KSA specialized in Power Grids with the following Job Description :

• Manage all strategic and operational aspects of the business and execute growth
• Successful collaboration with all stakeholders; act as the local Site Manager
• Develop market intelligence, identify new business opportunities, set ambitious targets, and expand market share while tracking performance in line with global objectives.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure premium-quality products, services, and processes, in addition to monitoring quality metrics and supervising optimization measures.
• Draw on demonstrable leadership and change management skills to improve productivity by implementing lean enterprise approach at an operational and administrative level
• Drive Pre-Qualification for Customers in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council)
• Development of local organization.

  
  

Requirements :

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering in combination with a further education in Business Management with more than 8 years of work experience in a managerial position in production environment or in direct cooperation with the production with general manager responsibilities. You should have strong product expertise relating to GIS technology.
• Transmission and Distribution market knowledge in Saudi Arabia and GCC would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral is required with fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
