Job description

المهام الرئيسية

  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال العملاء المباشرين.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني وإعداد عروض الأسعار والفواتير.
  • متابعة عروض الأسعار وإعداد تقارير أسبوعية وتقارير المبيعات المفقودة.
  • زيارة المحلات والورش القريبة والتواصل اليومي مع العملاء.
  • ترتيب القطع داخل النظام وتقديم اقتراحات بخصوص القطع غير المتوفرة.
  • الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة وسياسات المبيعات.

المتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في مبيعات قطع الغيار أو المعدات الثقيلة.
  • مهارات عالية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل (عربي + إنجليزي).
  • معرفة أساسية بالمكونات الميكانيكية واستعداد للتعلم.
  • إجادة الحاسب الآلي وبرامج إدارة قطع الغيار مثل SIS.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Achieve sales targets through walk-in customers.
  • Provide technical support and prepare quotations and invoices.
  • Follow up on quotations and prepare lost sales & weekly reports.
  • Visit nearby workshops and daily customer follow-up.
  • Suggest and register missing or new parts in the system.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with sales procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in spare parts or heavy equipment).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of SIS.
