Job descriptionOversee brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all platforms. Develop strategies to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty among target audiences. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications and marketing materials. Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to enhance corporate image. Manage public relations, including press releases, media coverage, and crisis communications. Oversee company newsletters, announcements, and corporate presentations. Lead the digital marketing strategy including social media, SEO, SEM, and online advertising. Oversee website content, performance, and user engagement. Monitor digital marketing analytics and drive data-based decision-making. Plan, organize, and supervise marketing campaigns and promotional events. Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns that support product launches and seasonal promotions. Evaluate campaign performance and report on key metrics. Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Manage partnerships and sponsorships to maximize brand visibility and engagement. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team. Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and encourage creativity and collaboration. Identify training and development needs to enhance team effectiveness. Work closely with senior management, sales, and operations to align marketing activities with business needs. Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management. Evaluate ROI for marketing initiatives and recommend improvements. ‒Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). ‒Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. ‒Experience in the Hospitality, or Retail industry is an advantage. ‒Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and communication strategies. ‒Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems. ‒Experience in managing agencies, budgets, and marketing operations. ‒Excellent leadership and team management abilities. ‒Strategic and analytical thinking. ‒Exceptional communication and presentation skills. ‒Creativity and innovation in campaign development. ‒High level of organization and attention to detail. ‒Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The Marketing Senior Officer is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance the company’s brand presence and achieve business objectives. This role oversees all marketing, branding, media, and public relations activities to ensure consistent messaging and a strong market position.
