About the Role

Are you a proactive project manager with a passion for sustainable urban planning and design? Dar Al Omran – Rasem Badran is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager with a strong urban planning / design background to be based in Hael, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you’ll support project coordination while leveraging your expertise in urban planning to help shape innovative, people-centric urban environments.

Requirements

Project Management & Coordination

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of urban projects.
• Support budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment in close coordination with the Project Manager.
• Facilitate client communications, stakeholder coordination, and comprehensive project reporting.
• Organize and lead workshops, client meetings, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, proposals, and contractual documents.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and urban research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, urban planners, landscape designers, and engineers—to integrate design and functionality.
• Engage with government agencies, clients, and community stakeholders to gather input and present design proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local planning policies, sustainability goals, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on urban planning trends, zoning regulations, and emerging technologies in sustainable city planning.
