Overview

ASSISTANT RESERVATION MANAGER. Recap : To handle the Reservations Department as well as function closely with Marketing and Sales as well as other relevant Areas / Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering extraordinary client service in line with Hyatt's Brand Requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Reservations Department and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to maximise room yield through inventory control.
  • Deliver extraordinary client service in line with Hyatt\'s Brand Requirements.

Qualifications

  • Certifications : Preferably with a university level or diploma in Friendliness or Tourist management.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in roles such as Appointment Supervisor, Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Supervisor in a larger operation.
  • Excellent trouble resolving, management and interpersonal skills are essential.
