Sales Director
The Sales Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of all revenue-generating activities within the theme park, including ticket sales. This role develops and executes commercial strategies that maximize profitability, ensure sustainable growth, and strengthen the park’s position in the market. The Sales Director oversees the Ticket Sales Manager, performance tracking, and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
 - Oversee and align all revenue streams : ticket sales (B2C, B2B, partnerships).
 - Identify new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and innovative revenue models.
 - Ensure strong alignment with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver a cohesive visitor and partner experience.
 - Supervise the Ticket Sales Manager and guide B2B & B2C strategies.
 - Approve pricing strategies, sales incentives, and promotional campaigns.
 - Monitor performance against sales targets and ensure effective channel mix.
 - Own the commercial P&L and provide accurate forecasts and revenue reports.
 - Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
 - Ensure all commercial contracts and agreements are compliant and profitable.
 - Key performance indicators : number of visitors, tickets revenue.
 - Strong track record of driving revenue growth across multiple streams.
 - Proven experience in B2B / B2C sales & partnerships.
 - Commercial acumen with ability to balance pricing and profitability.
 - Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
 - Sales-driven and target-oriented.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in commercial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within attractions, theme parks, hospitality, or retail.Strong leadership skills.Seniority Level
