Distribution Sales Manager - KSA & Bahrain

What you'll do :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy aligned with Eaton's regional growth objectives.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to position Eaton as a market leader in the IEC electrical distribution space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Strengthen Eaton's distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic partners.
• Support the team in mapping each client / OEM / panel builder and reseller to identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization.
• Collaborate with partners on joint business planning, marketing initiatives, and performance reviews.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed country targets.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity management processes.
• Optimize inventory and stock management in coordination with partners to ensure wide product availability.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including e‑commerce platforms, order center tools, and reward programs.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and partners engagement.
• Represent Eaton in industry forums, trade events, and strategic customer meetings.
• Define and implement the strategy for developing the distribution sales for Eaton in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
