Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA / QC Manager to join our team. As a leading construction and manufacturing company, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. The QA / QC Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services meet our strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials and products used in the construction process
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues
- Train and supervise quality control inspectors and other relevant staff
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to continuously improve the quality control process
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and products
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their quality expectations and address any concerns
- Participate in project meetings to provide quality control updates and recommendations
- Investigate and analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement
