Create and execute test cases to identify problems in mobile and web applications. Analyze bugs and errors found during tests. Document results of tests for the software development team. Recommend improvements in software to enhance the user experience. Communicate effectively with Project Managers about issues / bugs found during testing. Collaborate with software developers to enhance applications and QA processes. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements. Suggest solutions to identified product problems. Collect quality data. Identify key KPIs for product quality. Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management. Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an Agile-SCRUM team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
