Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with

excellent portfolio

to join our marketing and communications team. In this role, you will bring ideas to life through visual storytelling — crafting designs that inspire, educate, and align with Tetaman’s mission of improving mental health and well‑being. You will collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to create cohesive visuals across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, website, and presentations.

Develop creative concepts that reflect Tetaman’s brand identity and voice.

Collaborate with the content team to transform ideas into engaging visuals and motion graphics.

Maintain design consistency across all materials and platforms.

Assist in developing brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems.

Stay updated with design trends and propose new creative approaches to elevate the brand.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Excellent portfolio in digital design or brand communication.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign — After Effects is a plus).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, layout, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.

Passion for design that drives positive change and supports mental health awareness.
