Mission

Drive Mirai's operational excellence and digital transformation by implementing AI-driven automation and process optimization across all central functions - HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Communication- in close collaboration with the Odoo ERP rollout and Scopely's GenAI team.

This role will ensure seamless integration of AI and ERP systems, streamline workflows, and promote data-driven decision-making across all business units to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize internal processes across departments.
• Collaborate with the GenAI development team to adapt corporate-level AI tools and applications for Mirai's needs.
• Map existing workflows and design future-state processes leveraging automation, data analytics, and AI.
• Partner with each department head to translate business needs into AI / ERP-enabled solutions.
• Oversee the Odoo ERP implementation across all functions, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
• Supervise the ERP Project Coordinator and ensure synchronization between ERP and AI initiatives.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor system usage, process efficiency, and performance improvements.
• Lead transformation projects end-to-end — from scoping, budgeting, and planning to delivery and evaluation.
• Manage cross-departmental communication and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop change management strategies to foster adoption of new digital and AI tools.
• Report regularly to leadership on progress, milestones, and business impact.
• Implement standardized processes and governance frameworks to ensure data consistency across systems.
• Build and maintain project management dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
