Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the operations team to improve guest satisfaction and safety measures
• Engage with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and upgrade projects
• Prepare and oversee budgets for facility management initiatives
• Lead training sessions for staff on operational procedures and safety requirements
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain compliance with industry standards
• Support the design and implementation of new entertainment facilities or enhancements
