What You’ll Do : As a Technical Presales Consultant‑DELL, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering pre‑sales support to customers. Your key responsibilities include :

Converting customer / reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.

Meeting with end‑users to better understand their requirements.

Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware / software vendors.

Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.

Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.

What You Bring to the Role : We’re looking for someone with :

5+ years of presales experience.

Knowledge of DELL or similar server / storage related technologies.

Related technical certifications.

Enthusiastic, results‑driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
