Strategy Consultant

The Strategy Consultant provides expert advice to organizations in developing, improving, and implementing strategic initiatives. This role involves analyzing current business practices, identifying areas for improvement, and designing high-impact strategies that align with the organization’s goals—particularly in dynamic or transformational environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational structures, market conditions, and internal processes.

Develop strategic plans and frameworks to support long-term goals.

Advise senior leadership on business model improvements, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.

Facilitate strategic workshops and meetings with key stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives.

Deliver presentations and detailed reports on strategy recommendations.

Support organizational transformation and institutional excellence programs.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in strategy and performance management.

Qualifications :

Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic projects related to institutional excellence within government entities.

Strong expertise in strategic planning, analysis, and development.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Well-versed in Microsoft Office programs
