- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise and custom applications across production and test environments on OCI and OKE.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of applications, including Ameyo, Q-matic, Power BI, Creatio, Zetalents, MS Dynamics, and Amlock.
- Monitor application health, availability, and performance using native tools and third-party monitoring solutions.
- Investigate and resolve application-level incidents, collaborating with infrastructure, network, and database teams as needed.
- Participate in application patching, version upgrades, and feature rollouts, ensuring minimum disruption to business operations.
- Support integration between applications and backend services, APIs, and databases (including PostgreSQL).
- Ensure security compliance by applying recommended patches and coordinating with the cybersecurity team for access controls.
- Maintain and update technical documentation including system configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in conducting disaster recovery (DR) simulations and ensure application-level readiness.
- Participate in change management processes by documenting changes, performing impact analysis, and executing deployment plans.
- Support DevOps teams in automating deployment pipelines and improving CI / CD practices for containerized workloads.
- Coordinate with vendors for support issues and escalate incidents in line with SLAs.
- Provide Level 2 / 3 support for application-related tickets and assist in training or knowledge transfer to support teams.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise-grade applications in cloud or hybrid environments.Experience working with applications deployed on OCI, Linux-based virtual machines, and container platforms (Kubernetes / OKE).Exposure to business applications such as CRM, ERP, Contact Center, and HRMS solutions.Proficiency in application deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration in Linux / Unix environments.Experience with application monitoring tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Prometheus, or OCI-native tools).Basic understanding of PostgreSQL or other RDBMS for application integration and support.Familiarity with containerization (Docker), YAML configurations, and concepts is a strong plus.Working knowledge of REST APIs, web servers, and application middleware.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.Certifications (Preferred) :
