Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise and custom applications across production and test environments on OCI and OKE.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of applications, including Ameyo, Q-matic, Power BI, Creatio, Zetalents, MS Dynamics, and Amlock.
Monitor application health, availability, and performance using native tools and third-party monitoring solutions.
Investigate and resolve application-level incidents, collaborating with infrastructure, network, and database teams as needed.
Participate in application patching, version upgrades, and feature rollouts, ensuring minimum disruption to business operations.
Support integration between applications and backend services, APIs, and databases (including PostgreSQL).
Ensure security compliance by applying recommended patches and coordinating with the cybersecurity team for access controls.
Maintain and update technical documentation including system configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist in conducting disaster recovery (DR) simulations and ensure application-level readiness.
Participate in change management processes by documenting changes, performing impact analysis, and executing deployment plans.
Support DevOps teams in automating deployment pipelines and improving CI / CD practices for containerized workloads.
Coordinate with vendors for support issues and escalate incidents in line with SLAs.
Provide Level 2 / 3 support for application-related tickets and assist in training or knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise-grade applications in cloud or hybrid environments.

Experience working with applications deployed on OCI, Linux-based virtual machines, and container platforms (Kubernetes / OKE).

Exposure to business applications such as CRM, ERP, Contact Center, and HRMS solutions.

Proficiency in application deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration in Linux / Unix environments.

Experience with application monitoring tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Prometheus, or OCI-native tools).

Basic understanding of PostgreSQL or other RDBMS for application integration and support.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker), YAML configurations, and concepts is a strong plus.

Working knowledge of REST APIs, web servers, and application middleware.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.

Certifications (Preferred) :

OCI Foundations or Associate-level certifications.

Kubernetes (CKA / CKAD) or Linux administration certifications are advantageous.
