Overview
We are partnering on a confidential retained mandate with a leading international Specialty Ingredients Leader business to appoint a Global Key Account Manager. This is a pivotal, client-facing leadership role that will drive strategic partnerships with some of the world’s most prominent multinational customers in the fragrance and consumer goods space.
This role offers location flexibility within Southeast Asia, ideally based in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, or the Philippines, depending on the candidate’s profile and market proximity.

Key Responsibilities
Lead global account strategy and execution for high-value international customers.Build and nurture senior-level relationships across global and regional stakeholders.Identify growth opportunities, negotiate complex agreements, and drive commercial excellence.Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure delivery of customer needs.Monitor global market trends and customer priorities to position the business as a trusted partner and innovation leader.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in key / global account management within the fragrance / aroma or related B2B ingredients industries.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing large, complex global accounts.Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cultural and organizational landscapes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging C-suite executives.Flexibility to travel regionally and internationally.Why This Role?
