Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to redefine entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dynamic Associate Director with expertise in Commercial and Post Contracts to join our team. In this pivotal position, you will manage both commercial strategies and post-contract management processes, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the strategic development and execution of commercial plans for various projects, aligning with Qiddiya's vision and objectives
Manage all aspects of post-contract management, including compliance, performance monitoring, and relationship management with contractors and suppliers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of project goals, maintaining a focus on both pre- and post-contract performance
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational performance
Ensure effective management of change orders and variations in contracts, coordinating with relevant departments to document and address changes
Lead negotiations of commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and implement best practices for contract management and compliance, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Mentor and lead a team of commercial and contracts professionals, fostering professional development and collaboration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial management and contract administration within the real estate, construction, or entertainment sectors

Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and project management methodologies

Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage complex contract relationships

Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to team development and performance excellence

Proficient in contract management software and project management tools
