Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers before plastering.
• Apply plaster, stucco, or decorative coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Smooth, level, and finish surfaces according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Repair cracks, holes, or damaged surfaces using appropriate plastering techniques.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment while working at heights or with hazardous materials.
• Document work progress, materials used and report any issues to supervisors.
