Handover manager

Role Purpose

The Handover Manager is responsible for managing the full handover process of NHC projects and private developments, ensuring compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, tenants, and senior management.

Lead and manage project handovers in line with company standards and client requirements.

Ensure completion of all documentation, certifications, inspections, warranties, and training before handover.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to align deliverables, timelines, and expectations.

Conduct customer orientation sessions and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Monitor compliance with codes, regulations, and internal procedures.

Design and implement customer excellence strategies to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Prepare and submit regular reports on handover status and risks.

Establish and oversee customer feedback loops, addressing complaints and issues promptly and act as a senior escalation point for customer service issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in project handovers, facilities management, or real estate.

Experience with NHC or large-scale residential / commercial projects is an advantage.
