Senior VP, PPP Infrastructure Project Development and Investments

We are working with a successful infrastructure investment team, which is growing its team in the MENA region.

What the job involves

• The candidate's initial sole responsibility will be as consortium lead for a large project in KSA, where the client will be the lead developer on a 6-12 month bidding process.
• Act as the lead point of contact for the Procurer, the Consortium, and all internal / external stakeholders.
• Participate actively in commercial, technical, legal, and financial workshops to guide participants toward desired outcomes.
• Lead negotiations of all key transaction documents, with support from legal counsel.
• Ensure timely submission of all bid deliverables at a high standard of quality.
• Manage the selection of and relationships with bid advisors.
• Prepare investment committee recommendations, confidently addressing technical, commercial, legal, and financial aspects.
• Understand complex project finance models and collaborate with the PF team on inputs.
• Work with internal and external project finance teams to secure and negotiate financing packages supporting transactions.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate risk management plans.
