Position Title : Technical Engineering Services Specialist

Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience : 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technical Engineering Services

Monthly Salary Package : 14,000 SAR

Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of IT operations in server, storage, and system administration domains
• Experience performing system administration tasks (Unix / Linux, Windows preferred)
• Expertise in IT process design, documentation, and adherence to standards
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure components and interdependencies (storage, servers, network)
• Advanced professional certification in infrastructure products (servers / operating systems)
• Cost analysis and resource planning for IT infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Linux shells, AutoIt, or similar automation tools
• Experience with central management and automation tools (e.g., MS System Center SCCM, Orchestrator, private cloud tools)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and quality assurance in infrastructure domains
