We are growing and are looking for an Automotive Accounts Manager based in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be the key driver in developing and expanding our business within the automotive sector, building strong relationships with major clients in the fast developing Automotive Industry. Job Responsibilities
As an Automotive Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in developing and expanding Hexagon’s presence in the automotive sector within Saudi Arabia. Your main responsibilities will include : Developing and managing relationships with key OEM automotive clients as well as Tier 1 to 3 automotive industry suppliers in Saudi Arabia Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow Hexagon’s market share in the automotive industry Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions from Hexagon’s portfolio of metrology and production software products Collaborating with internal teams including sales, technical support, and enterprise accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery Conducting product presentations and supporting demonstrations with the help of technical specialists Managing sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and regular business reviews with management Traveling within Saudi Arabia to meet clients and attend industry events, primarily between Riyadh, Jeddah, Damman and other key locations Supporting the establishment and growth of Hexagon’s business in Saudi Arabia by building a strong local network and market presence Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and customer requirements Experience in business development and building customer relationships from scratch Technical knowledge of metrology, CAD / CAM, or production software is a plus Ability to develop senior-level relationships with clients and manage complex sales cycles Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a developing market environment Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia, primarily between Riyadh, Jeddah, Damman and other key cities Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car where practical within the region Hexagon is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
