We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organization and related matters in the government sectors.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, maintaining a high level of professionalism
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for government officials and team members
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date filing systems, both digital and physical, for government documents and records
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and briefings
Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information exchange
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Provide administrative support to senior management and team members as required
Ensure compliance with government portals
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (preferred)
2‑3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in government services
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
Understanding of Saudi Arabian government services (preferred)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
