The Team
A&M is rapidly growing in the Middle East and seeking to hire a Business Development (BD) Coordinator to be based in our Regional HQ in Riyadh. You will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the Middle East growth agenda and delivering exceptional BD support across the region. You will be reporting to the Dubai based BD Director and working closely with other key stakeholders in the region and across EMEA.
How you will contribute
Completing client registrations
- Completing online client registrations through their specific platforms
- Completing offline registrations via e-mail and couriering of physical documents as needed
- Maintaining a tracker of portal registrations, with accurate login information
- Updating client portals with new / renewed / additional documentation as required
- Coordinating with client procurement teams when required
Managing tenders through Etimad and Other client portals
Regularly accessing Etimad and client portals to retrieve available tendersReviewing and sharing relevant tender opportunities to the wider practice teamMonitoring of open tenders, handling online portal correspondence and ensuring all required documents and accurate information are submitted through the relevant portalsReviewing and submitting technical and financial proposals through the platforms before RFP deadlinesInternal coordination
Monitoring Client Relations e-mail addressCoordinating with relevant internal teams for review of client documentation and financial submissionsUpdating our internal repository (Knowledge Hub) with relevant documentationUpdating our internal RfP library with relevant documentationEnsuring the update of the Middle East service lines overview deckEnsuring personal bios and photographs are saved within Salesforce and regular reminders are sent for updatesDocumentation coordination
Preparing bank guarantee requests including internal liaison, collection of physical documents from the bank and submission to client premisesCollecting expired bank guarantees from client locationsPreparation of proposal documentation including printing, binding and physical submission as needed.Qualifications
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and oral is essential1+ years of relevant prior experience, ideally in aprofessional servicesindustryAttention to detail and quality outputFamiliarity with procurement portals such as SAP Ariba would be an advantageProactive mindsetGood judgement, superb integrity and maturityEffective interpersonal communication, influencing and negotiation skillsAdaptable and agile - thrives in a rapid growth, fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environmentHands-on and non-hierarchical operator who is equally effective in managing up and down and relates well at all levels and culturesDriven by values and integrity, straight talker, builds confidence and leads by exampleAutonomous – A&M has a flat structure with a self-sufficient cultureEntrepreneurial spiritYour journey at A&M
