Business Development Manager

Overview

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager – Energy Solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on decarbonization and energy transition, with an emphasis on decentralized power generation and energy efficiency. You will identify, shape, and close decarbonized energy projects for industries and businesses, delivering reduced cost, consumption, and carbon footprint without upfront investment.

You’ll work closely with clients, EPCs, OEMs, regulators, and internal teams to structure smart, scalable, and commercially competitive solutions that lower costs and carbon emissions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build trusted relationships with public and private sector clients
• Conduct needs assessments and craft tailored energy solutions
• Lead proposal development, pricing, and commercial structuring (PPA, BOOT, etc.)
• Coordinate internal stakeholders from engineering to legal and investment
• Manage the full deal lifecycle—from pitch to contract signing
• Represent the company at industry events and forums
