Staff Support MD530

Airframe staff support personnel assist in the creation, modification, and staffing of MNG regulations, publications, and documents as required, and support Command Standardization and Evaluation requirements. They work directly with the MNG-AVN G5, Aviation Institute and Brigade Flight Training Directorates, ensuring products meet all needs.

Description

Airframe staff support personnel assist in the creation, modification, and staffing of MNG regulations, publications, and documents as required, and support Command Standardization and Evaluation requirements.

Qualifications

• Education Level : Associates Degree or higher in relevant field of study. An equivalent combination of college level courses, military training and job site experience may be substituted.
• Training Certifications : Graduate of a US Military Flight School with appropriate advanced airframe for position.
• Tracked Officer specializing in Standardization, Safety, or TACOPS / AMSO at the BN or above level.
• Experience Level : Minimal of 3 years of experience in a senior Aviation Staff role supporting the US or Saudi Military.
• CW3 or above
• Specific knowledge, skills, ability : High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite specializing in word processing (Word, Publisher, Adobe Pro PowerPoint).
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
• Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical and background check upon hire.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Medical Examination

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
