ENGINEER, TESTING - WEST REGION - FRESH GRADUATE (ALFANAR PROJECTS)

Role Accountability

• Training of subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate subordinates in each respective assignment.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in testing, commissioning, or quality assurance roles.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in the West Region and travel as required.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic engineering software.
