Data Analytics & Budgeting Lead Job Description

To lead and manage data analytics and budgeting functions across the organization by providing strategic insights, accurate forecasting, and actionable reports that drive informed decision-making. This role ensures the integration of advanced data analysis techniques and robust financial planning to support business growth, operational efficiency, and alignment with ART objectives. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing analytics strategies to evaluate the performance and impact of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Manage the full marketing budgeting cycle, including budget allocation, forecasting, tracking actual spending, and analyzing variances. Oversee the creation and automation of marketing dashboards and performance reports (e.g., ROI, conversion, reach) to support strategic marketing decisions. Collaborate closely with finance and product teams to ensure budget alignment with marketing goals and business priorities. Analyze campaign performance data to determine success metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Monitor key marketing KPIs and develop models to measure customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness. Lead efforts in marketing data governance, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and ARTstandards. Coach and mentor junior analysts on marketing analytics tools, techniques, and budget planning best practices. Qualifications
