About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional to join our Client’s growing team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales , with hands-on experience in any corporate Sales such as ERP, SaaS solutions, Event & Advertising sales . This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to close complex deals that turn into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in KSA.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving client concerns promptly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with company policies and KSA legal / regulatory requirements, liaising with government entities when needed.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and branch operations to senior management.
Analyze performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations for continuous growth.
