The Senior Executive Assistant will support the Regional Practice Directors for Infrastructure and Digital Transformation in Riyadh, requiring regional experience and the ability to work in a matrix environment. Responsibilities
Manage calendars, travel, and scheduling for RPDs, resolving conflicts proactively. Coordinate workflow with team members and supervise daily activities. Screen and prioritize invitations and engagements, providing recommendations. Ensure quality and accuracy of documents requiring signatures; guide staff on protocols. Provide research support and participate in management meetings. Liaise with senior officials and establish contacts with high-level stakeholders. Respond independently to inquiries, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Support mission planning, meeting arrangements, and office administration. Maintain organization and efficiency in the RPDs' offices. Selection Criteria
Bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably regional and in English environments. Experience managing or supervising staff or teams. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Excellent communication skills in English; French and / or Arabic are assets. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure. Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing environments.
