About the Role

Join us as an HSE Advisor, playing a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental integrity of high-value projects essential to our clients' operations in Oil & Gas, Water & Power, and Mining & Metals. We are currently hiring for multiple HSE Advisor positions across various project sites. This pivotal position demands exceptional technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence positive safety behaviors to achieve project objectives safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. What You’ll Do

HSE Program Implementation & Oversight :

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental programs throughout the project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure) for multi-million-dollar plant construction, upgrade, and shutdown projects.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation :

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks, conducting regular safety audits, inspections, and hazard analyses.

Compliance & Reporting :

Ensure strict adherence to local and international HSE regulations, client requirements, and company policies. Prepare and submit detailed HSE reports and documentation.

Incident Investigation & Analysis :

Lead and participate in incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Training & Awareness :

Conduct HSE training sessions and awareness programs for project personnel, contractors, and visitors. Foster a proactive safety culture on-site.

Emergency Preparedness :

Develop and implement emergency response plans, conducting drills and ensuring readiness for all potential scenarios.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure integrated HSE management.

Qualifications

Extensive Experience :

7+ years of progressive HSE experience, specifically leading and managing HSE on large-scale capital projects (USD 10 to 100M+) in Oil & Gas, Water & Power, or Mining & Metals.

Industry Expertise :

Deep understanding of industrial plant HSE challenges, technologies, and relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, ARAMCO standards).

HSE Credentials :

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent is mandatory. NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or similar advanced certifications are highly preferred.

Technical Acumen :

Strong grasp of HSE principles, risk management methodologies, and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Leadership & Communication :

Exceptional leadership, influencing, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Auditing & Reporting :

Proven ability to conduct thorough HSE audits and prepare comprehensive reports.

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Mobility :

Willingness to be based on-site in Dammam and potentially travel as required for project needs.
