Human Resources Specialist "Tamheer"

Job Purpose : To support the Human Resources Department in performing daily HR operations, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative activities, while gaining practical experience in HR functions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
- Contribute to projects and assignments aimed at improving HR efficiency and employee engagement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Eligible for the Tamheer Program (registered with HRDF and not currently employed).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field.Duration : 6 months.Location : Riyadh.Monthly allowance provided by HRDF under Tamheer Program.Seniority Level
