About the Role : We are seeking a
Portfolio Manager
to join our PMO team. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring they are strategically aligned, prioritized effectively, and supported with the right resources to maximize business value. Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of portfolio management frameworks, governance standards, and methodologies. Align all portfolio initiatives with the organization’s strategy and priorities. Monitor and report portfolio performance using KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports. Provide strategic input to budgeting and resource allocation. Oversee project and program evaluation, selection, and prioritization. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and interconnections across the portfolio. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resources and balance competing demands. Facilitate governance committees and portfolio review boards to support decision-making. Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices in portfolio management. Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with internal teams : Project Management, Strategy, Finance, and Executive Leadership. Liaise with external consultants and advisory partners as needed. Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Experience :
Minimum of 7 years in project, program, or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Seniority level
