Manager - Site Reliability

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for Manager – Site Reliability for a client in Riyadh, KSA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.

Must‑Have

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, NOC, or DevOps, including at least 3 years in an SRE-focused role
• Skilled in infrastructure management, SRE, incident management, disaster recovery, RCA, and ITIL compliance.
• In‑depth knowledge of routine maintenance, reporting, runbook updates, and security / compliance procedures.
• Prior experience in automation scripts and incident documentation
• Experience in managing end‑to‑end adoption of SRE principles
