AAA open-world action-adventure co-op game to be released on all next-gen platforms. Responsibilities
Facilitate preparation and coordination for executive and board-level meetings (including NRC, ARC, EXCOM). Maintain clear, compliant, and timely communications with shareholders. Monitor decisions from shareholders and ensure appropriate follow-through across internal teams. Maintain and track the corporate governance schedule, including statutory reporting, audit cycles, capital events, and risk management initiatives. Ensure alignment with internal controls and external regulatory requirements. Collaborate with executive stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, CSO) on the development of strategic business plans, corporate forecasts, and internal / external performance reports. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality materials to inform decision-making and track business performance. Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives such as joint ventures, new market entries, or internal policy implementations. Draft executive summaries, briefing documents, and policy papers to support corporate development. Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong capabilities in policy drafting, business documentation, and executive reporting. Financially literate and comfortable interpreting budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work across diverse teams. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with JIRA or Asana is an asset. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, consultancy, or corporate affairs. Previous exposure to the media, technology, or entertainment sectors is highly desirable. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus. Interest or experience in the gaming industry is advantageous. Proven track record of operating across international markets, especially within the UK, Saudi Arabia, or the UAE. Benefits
